For hygiene reasons we can't take a mattress back once the protective packaging has been opened or removed. Unopened and in its original packaging, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return — that's longer than the 14 days the law requires. If you're returning it because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending it back: mattresses are bulky, so that's typically £30–£100 depending on the item and where you are. If a mattress arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay every cost and put it right — that's your legal right and nothing here changes it.
