How long is delivery?
Most of our mattresses are made to order, with a typical lead time of 1–2 weeks. UK delivery is free.
Can I return a mattress?
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days to cancel an unused, unopened item. For hygiene reasons an opened or used mattress can't be returned unless it's faulty. Message us and we'll guide you.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — a manufacturer's warranty applies. Tell us your order details and we'll confirm the specifics for your mattress.
